摘要
将化学检测视为灰色过程,阐述了灰色理论求解标准差和评定测量重复性不确定度的数学模型,应用该模型对钛合金中氧、氮、氢含量的测量重复性标准差和不确定度进行计算或评定。结果表明,灰色理论计算的标准差和不确定度与传统统计学计算值接近,准确度高,简单易行。
Chemical testing,for example the determination of oxygen,nitrogen and hydrogen in titanium alloys,was regarded as a grey process. The standard deviation and the uncertainty of measurement reproducibility were evaluated by the grey theory and the evaluation results were closed to the traditional statistics’. This method was accurate,simple and useful.
