Preliminary analysis for chemical components of sarcopyramis nepalensis Wall in South Fujian Province

目的:初步判断了风柜斗草中主要化学成分的类型。方法:采用中药化学成分系统预试验等方法,对风柜斗草的水提取液、乙醇提取液及石油醚提取液进行分析研究,通过沉淀反应、颜色反应及薄层色谱法进行分析鉴别。结果:风柜斗草含有多糖类、氨基酸类、酚类、黄酮类、有机酸以及甾体皂苷等成分。结论:通过对风柜斗草化学成分分析,将为进一步确定其活性部位,开发利用风柜斗草提供实验依据。

objecttive： Preliminary determination of the main chemical components of sarcopyramis nepalensis Wall. Meth- ods：The chemical components of sarcopyramis nepalensis Wall were extracted by water, alcohol and ether, respectively,and then identified by precipiration reactions,color reactions and thin layer chromatography.Results：The chemical components identified belonged to flavonoid,polysaccharides,aminoacids,phenols,organie acids and steroidal saponins,respeetively.Con- clusion： This study will contribute to clarification of the bioactive parts and the development of sareopyramis nepalensis Wall.
