摘要
基于产品零部件寿命预测需求,概述了废旧零部件再制造过程中无损检测方法,重点对超声检测、磁粉检测、射线检测、涡流检测、渗透检测等无损检测技术的原理及其应用研究进展进行了分析、比较与综述,对未来再制造无损检测发展趋势进行了展望。
Based on the predicted demand of product life, the paper summarizes NDT ( non-destructive tes-ting) methods of the scrap parts remanufacturing process, especially focusing on analyzing, comparing and summing up the ultrasonic testing,magnetic particle testing,radiographic testing,eddy current testing,penetra-tion testing and other non-destructive testing technique and its application research progress,lastly it looks to the future development of remanufacturing NDT.
