摘要
汽车服务卓越工程师是以汽车服务工程专业中理论知识丰富的学生为对象,以汽车4S店为培训基地,经过强化培训而达到专业知识、动手能力、探索解决未知故障能力、团队合作能力等多方面优秀的汽车服务类人才。探讨采用模块化培训方案对学生进行分组、分类培训,对培训内容进行模块化,从而使学生有更多时间以团队合作方式来完成相关项目,使学生熟练掌握汽车维修、服务技巧。
Excellent automotive service engineer was a kind of graduates,which was trained in Auto 4S shop and was full of automotive service knowledge to solve the unknown fault,could complete the task with team-work .A modular training program for seniors’ grouped and classified training was discussed in this paper.The training content was modulared so that seniors had more time to complete the relevant program with team-work.Then seniors mastered the automotive repair and service skills.
