Effects of target teaching method on teaching management of student nurses in central sterile supply department

目的:探讨目标教学法在消毒供应中心护生教学管理中的应用效果。方法:对实习护生采用目标教学法进行教学,设计目标教学法,其中包括知识目标、技能目标的目标教学法管理;评价护生对教学的满意度。结果:经考核评价,护生经目标教学法管理后其理论知识和技能操作考试结果明显提高,对教学的满意度达到90%以上。结论:目标教学法提高了带教老师自身素质、科室工作质量以及护生的实习质量。

Objective：Aiming at the effects of target teaching method on teaching management of student nurses within central sterile supply department. Methods： The student nurses are taught by target method. The target method is designed inclusive of knowledge target, technique target and attitude target in order to assess the satisfaction ratio of the teaching methods. Results：Through assessment of the student nurses, it is found that the theoretical knowledge and the technique exam result of student nurses improved obviously with satisfaction ratio achieving over 90%. Conclusion： Target teaching method increases teachers’ own quality, working standards of the department and the practice standard of the student nurses.
