SW音乐治疗对亚健康人群及高血压患者的应用效果分析

SW music therapy on the application effect analysis of healthy people and patients with high blood pressure

目的:观察吴慎音乐(SW音乐)对亚健康人群及高血压患者干预治疗的效果,评价SW音乐理疗过程中人体生理血压、心律的变化,以及身体主观性不适症状的改变。方法:选择30例亚健康者,其中有早中期原发性高血压病患者6例,依据SW音乐制定的预期方案进行治疗。结果:1音乐治疗对高血压病患者有即时降压作用;2音乐治疗能影响高血压病患者的心律、呼吸和血压;3对亚健康症状的改善明显,取得满意治疗结果。结论:亚健康人群及高血压患者听SW音乐对治疗高血压病及预防亚健康有一定的价值,值得进一步研究。

Objective： To observe the effect of Shen Wu’s music therapy （SW music therapy） on sub-health crowd and hypertension patients by evaluating the variation of blood pressure, heart rate and the degree of subjective discomfort in the course of therapy. Methods： 30 sub-health subjects, among which 6 patients were suffering early-middle stage of essential hypertension were selected and treated with SW music therapy. The treatment plan is varied based on different subjects. Results： i） SW music therapy can instantly reduce the blood pressure among hypertensive. ii） SW music therapy has an effect on changing both of heart rate and respiratory rate. iii） A significantly improvement of sub-healthy conditions achieved a satisfactory result of therapy.Conclusion：Through the study, we consider the SW music therapy has great foreground in treatment of hypertension and prevention of sub-health status.
