原油储罐清洗技术发展及应用探讨

DISCUSSION ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF CLEANING TECHNOLOGY FOR CRUDE OIL STORAGE TANK

油田使用的原油储罐(以下称大罐)由于长时间使用,罐底沉积了部分污泥。这部分污泥不及时清除就会对原油处理设备造成损坏,影响原油的进一步处理,进而成为安全隐患。大罐清洗技术随油田科技应用不断创新,越来越先进、越合理、越安全,处理效果也越来越好。从大罐清洗技术的发展来看,可以分为人工清洗和机械清洗两大类,人工清洗有其严重的安全性不足的缺点,已经逐步被淘汰;现代化的机械清洗虽然有其良好的一面,但仍然有其不足之处,需要不断的进行科学论证和改进,以使其技术更加完善。

The crude oil storage tanks( hereinafter big tank) used at the oilfield had some sludge deposited at the bottom. If this part of sludge can't be removed in time,the crude oil processing equipment will be damaged,which will affect further processing of the crude oil,and then become a safety hazard. Big tank cleaning technology has been innovated with the scientific application by the oilfield and is becoming more advanced,more reasonable and safer and the treatment effect is getting better. According to the development of big tank cleaning technology,such technology can be divided into two major categories: manual cleaning and mechanical cleaning. Manual cleaning has the defects of serious lack of safety and has been eliminated gradually. On the other hand,modern mechanical cleaning has its good side,although it still has shortcomings and needs to be demonstrated and improved by science and technology continuously to optimize this technology.
