摘要
针对我国化工行业现行职业安全与健康统计指标体系存在的问题,从事故及职业病规律研究、安全评价和安全培训等安全生产实际需求出发,提出了以事故和职业病致因、类型及严重程度三大类指标为核心的改进指标体系。以该指标体系为基础,若采用计算机辅助系统完成事故报告、事故统计和事故分析工作,则可得到不同类型事故发生率、人的不安全行为概率、设备失效概率、职业有害因素致病率等重要统计数据,为事故和职业病预防提供依据。
Aiming at the problems in the current statistic index system of occupational health and safety for chemical industry in our country,an improved statistic index system is proposed with three kinds of index including reasons,types and severities of accident and occupational disease as the core. Based on this index system,important statistical data such as the probability of different accidents,unsafe human behaviors,equipment failure,and rate of diseases caused by different occupational hazards can be gained if the accident report is completed by applying computer aided system. This provides a basis for the prevention of accident and occupational disease.
