油田污水回注改造工程环境影响案例分析

CASE ANALYSIS ON THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF OILFIELD WASTEWATER REINJECTION REVAMP PROJECT

以某油田联合站含油污水回注改造工程为例,介绍了工程改造前的原有污染情况,主要污染为少量烃类的无组织挥发、生活污水、含油污泥、噪声等。通过调查环境质量现状,分别从工程施工期及运营期分析了在大气、水、噪声、固体废物、生态方面可能产生的环境影响,通过采取相应的污染防治措施和生态保护措施:生产污水全部回注地下、生活污水达标处理、避免夜间施工、含油污泥统一回收并委托有资质的单位处理、噪声排放控制等,工程对环境的影响控制在可接受的范围。

Taking the oily wastewater revamp project in an oilfield united station as an example,this paper introduces the original pollution before the revamp. The main pollutants include fugitive volatilization of small amount of hydrocarbon,domestic sewage,oily sludge,noise and so forth. Through investigation of the present situation of environmental quality,the paper analyzes the possible environmental impacts of implementation of this project on the atmosphere,water,noise,solid waste,ecological condition in the construction period and operation period. After taking relevant pollution prevention and control measures and ecological protective measures,all production wastewater is reinjected underground; the domestic sewage is treated to reach the standards; night time construction is avoided; oily sludge is reclaimed and treated by entrusting qualified units and noise emission is controlled and so on. The impacts of the project are controlled within the acceptable range.
