摘要
针对液压系统管路清洗问题,利用流动紊流状态和污染物颗粒尺寸理论确定清洗流量。应用Ansys Workbench的流体动力学模块对管路内部流场进行仿真研究,确定了管路清洗时管路串并联的连接方式。对清洗试验所取油液样品进行分析,得到清洗过程中污染度随时间的变化规律。对污染物形貌状态的分析确定了污染物来源,以针对性地控制污染。试验表明清洗方法可行、有效,可以为工程实践提供一定的技术支持。
The theory of turbulent flow and the pollutants' size in pipes was used to defined the flow in hydraulic system cleaning.Flow field in the hydraulic piles was simulated and analyzed through fluid dynamics module of software Ansys Workbench.Connection method of the pipes was determined in hydraulic cleaning.With the analysis of cleaning testing samples,the degree of contamination of the cleaning process variation with time was obtained.Pollution sources could be limited according to the analysis of pollutants shape.The result of the cleaning test shows that the proposed cleaning method can provide a reference for hydraulic system cleaning.
