The Simulation Study of Single Aisle Aircraft Boarding Strategy

摘要 近几年,旅客登机时间在逐渐增长,过长的登机时间不仅给航空公司带来了巨大的成本,占用了机场有限的设施资源,也降低了旅客服务质量。在前人研究基础上补充了登机过程中不同的干扰情形,弥补了前人研究中无法体现过道干扰的波及现象以及座位干扰的弱化现象,然后建立模型并模拟了9类22种典型的登机序列。模拟结果表明:有组织的登机可以有效减少登机时间,提高登机效率;随着旅客间登机间隔时间的增长,有效座位干扰会逐渐转变为无效座位干扰,过道干扰也会逐渐减少;控制行李数量同样可以提高登机效率。最后在模拟基础上提出了一些提高登机效率的对策。 In recent years,passenger boarding time in the gradual growth,long boarding time not only brought huge cost to airlines,occupy the limited airport facilities resources,but also reduces the quality of passenger service.The different interferences in the boarding process were complemonted on the basis of predecessors' research,the problem was made up that aisle interference spread phenomenon and seat interference weaken phenomenon can' t be reflected in the predecessors'research,and a model was built to simulate the 9 classes 22 kinds of boarding sequences.The simulation results show that:the organized boarding strategy can effectively reduce the boarding time,improve the efficiency of boarding ; with the increase of passenger boarding interval time,effective seat interferences will gradually shift to invalid seat interferences,and the aisle interferences also gradually reduced.Control the baggage number can also improve the efficiency of boarding.Finally,based on simulation,some countermeasures to improve the efficiency of boarding are put forward.
