锂皂用于钢丝绳防护脂的性能研究

The Study of the Performance of Lithium Wire Rope Grease

通过锂皂基润滑脂与固体烃类润滑脂在钢丝绳中润滑及防护效果的比较,得出锂皂基润滑脂应用于钢丝绳,有着烃基润滑脂没有的优势,同时也存在着一些缺陷,将锂皂与固体烃类润滑脂进行简单的混兑实验,发现在某些情况下,混兑可以提高烃类固体润滑脂的性能,但是锂皂的混兑比例不宜过大。

By compare of lithium grease and hydrocarbons in wire rope grease,concluded that the lithium grease used in steel wire rope,have not only the advantage but also the defect,by mixingthe lithium grease and hydrocarbons grease,that was found the property of the grease is improved,but the proportion of lithium grease could be control.
