摘要
针对给定的核设施退役作业过程场景构建了动态三维辐射场模型,对目标问题的三维辐射场进行了全范围中子、光子输运蒙特卡洛数值模拟计算与三维辐射剂量场可视化。计算了不同步长时以控制仪表及电路半导体为例的作业机械关键部位瞬时粒子注量率;并对计算结果进行了分析与验证,模拟结果与理论值一致。
A dynamic 3D radiation field model is builted to a given nuclear facilities decommissioning,simulated a full range of neutron,photon transport by Monte Carlo numerical simulation and visualized 3D radiation field of goal issues,calculated instantaneous particle fluence rate of controlling instrument and semiconductor circuit of the operating machinery' s key parts at different step length,analyzed and verified the results,the simulation results consistent with the theoretical value.
