摘要
柔性收集室检漏技术是一种航天器总漏率检测技术,其工作原理是利用柔性材料制成的罩子作为示漏气体的收集容器,以氦质谱检漏技术为基础进行航天器的总漏率检测。文章针对柔性收集室检漏技术中关键环节的可靠性进行了分析研究和试验验证。结果表明:柔性收集室检漏技术可满足航天器总漏率检测任务需要。
As a total leak rate detection technology for spacecraft, the flexible accumulation chamber leak detection technology is a kind of technology for the total leak rate detection for spacecraft. This new technology is based on the helium mass spectrum leak detection technology with a flexible material as the accumulation chamber. In this paper, the reliability of the key parts of the technology is analyzed and experiments are carried out. It is shown that the flexible accumulation chamber leak detection technology could meet the requirements of the total leak rate detection for spacecraft.
