巨噬细胞移动抑制因子、血管生成素-2、血管内皮生长因子在子宫内膜异位症中的意义 被引量:26

摘要 目的:观察巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MMIF)、血管生成素-2(Ang -2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)检测中的临床意义。方法选取2011年1月至2014年6月经病理确诊的 EMs 患者98例,为异位内膜组。按照美国生殖协会分期标准(R - AFS)分期分为Ⅰ期26例、Ⅱ期29例、Ⅲ期22例和Ⅳ期21例;按照痛经评分0~1分57例和2~3分42例。选择同期确诊的良性肿瘤患者30例为在位内膜组。同时选择同期体检的健康妇女30例,为健康对照组。观察各组血清 MMIF、VEGF 和 Ang -2水平,以及 MMIF、VEGF 和 Ang -2水平与 EMs 分期和痛经评分的关系。结果异位内膜组和在位内膜组的 MMIF、VEGF 和 Ang -2水平明显高于正常对照组( P 〈0.01),而异位内膜组的 MMIF、VEGF 和 Ang -2水平明显高于在位内膜组( P 〈0.01)。EMs 患者的 MMIF、VEGF 和 Ang -2水平随着r - AFS 分期级别和痛经评分的升高而升高( P 〈0.05或 P 〈0.01)。结论 MMIF、VEGF 和 Ang -2参与了 EMs 的发生和发展,有望成为 EMs 诊断和靶向治疗提供新的思路。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MMIF),angiopoietin - 2(Ang- 2),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in detection of endometriosis(EMs). Methods 98 patients with EMs,from January 2011 to June 2014,were pathologically diagnosed as EMs group. According to the American Association of Reproductive staging criteria(R - AFS)stag-ing,98 EMs were divided into stageⅠ(26 cases),stageⅡ(29 cases),stage Ⅲ(22 cases)and Ⅳstage(21 cases),in accordance with dys-menorrhea score. Patients from 0 to 1 scores were 57 cases and 42 cases from 2 to 3 scores. At the same period,30 patients with benign tumors di-agnosed were selected as eutopic endometrium. And 30 healthy women were selected in our hospital examination,which were considered as healthy control group. The serum MMIF,VEGF and Ang - 2 levels were observed in each group. The relation among MMIF,VEGF and Ang - 2 levels, EMs stage and dysmenorrhea score were also studied in EMs. Results The levels of MMIF,VEGF and Ang - 2 in EMs group and eutopic group were significantly higher than those in control group( P 〈 0. 01),while the levels MMIF,VEGF and Ang - 2 in EMs group were significantly higher compared with those in eutopic endometrium group( P 〈 0. 01). As the r - AFS stage and dysmenorrhea score increased,the levels of MMIF,VEGF and Ang - 2 increased( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion The MMIF,VEGF and Ang - 2 involved in the occurrence and de-velopment of EMs,They are expected to become new ideas in diagnosis and targeted therapy.
