复方丹参注射液联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的疗效及对患者血清TGF-β1的影响

Curative efficacy of compound danshen injection in combination with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium and its effects on serum transforming growth factor beta 1 in treating patients with chronic pyelonephritis

目的探讨复方丹参注射液联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗慢性肾盂肾炎(CPN)的临床疗效及对患者血清转化生子因子β1(TFG-β1)的影响。方法 110例符合纳入标准的CPN患者随机分为两组。每组各55例。对照组给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合应用复方丹参注射液治疗,观察比较两组患者临床疗效、复发率、肾功能、血清TGF-β1水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率和复发率分别为92.7%和1.8%,对照组的分别为78.2%和14.5%,与对照组相比,观察组的总有效率明显增高,而复发率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肾功能指标血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿微量白蛋白及血清TGF-β1水平较对照组均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率为9.1%,对照组为16.4%,两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论复方丹参注射液联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗治疗CPN疗效可靠,可以有效提高治疗有效率,减少疾病复发,并明显改善肾功能,延缓肾脏纤维化,且不良反应少,值得临床上进一步研究。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound danshen injection in combination with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium and its effects on serum transforming growth factor beta 1（TGF - β1）in treating patients with chronic pyelonephritis（CPN）. Methods 110 ca-ses of CPN meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups equally. The control group was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium and the observation group was treated with compound danshen injection in combination with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium. Then,the cur-ative efficacy,recurrence rate,renal function,serum TGF - β1 and adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results The observation group had a total therapeutic efficiency ratio of 92. 7% and a recurrence rate of 1. 8% ,which was respectively statistically higher and lower than that of 78. 2% and 14. 5% in the control group（both P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with the control group,indices reflecting renal function of Scr, BUN,urinary albumin and serum TGF - β1 in the observation group were statistically lower after the treatment（all P 〈 0. 05）. As to adverse re-action,the two groups were statistically same with the occurrence rate of 9. 1% vs 16. 4%（ P ﹥ 0. 05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of danshen compound injection in combination with cefoperazone sulbactam sodium for CPN was effective,which could increase the therapeutic effi-ciency ratio,reduce recurrence rate,significantly improve renal function,and delay renal fibrosis with little adverse reactions.
