硫唑嘌呤致严重骨髓抑制1例 被引量：4

摘要 病例：患者，女，15岁。因“高热伴咳嗽、咳痰5日余”入院。患者5年前确诊为系统性性红斑狼疮，狼疮性肾炎（Ⅳ型），先后使用吗替麦考酚酯、他克莫司联合激素治疗，疾病控制不佳，肾功能进行性恶化。2013年12月患者双下肢浮肿加重，且出现食欲下降。
