输尿管结石CT值与选择性体外震波碎石(ESWL)治疗的相关性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的 通过测量输尿管结石的CT值并结合结石大小更合理地选择性ESWL治疗,在提高输尿管结石治疗成功率的同时减小治疗带来的创伤.方法 回顾性分析本院近3年来ESWL治疗的971例输尿管结石患者,统计学分析相同大小结石组内不同CT值区间的结石碎石成功率之间的差异.结果 CT值大于900Hu时随着结石体积的增大碎石成功率下降明显:分别为73.2% (41/56)、38.5%(15/39)、17.6% (3/17),且与同组内CT值小于900Hu时的结石碎石成功率之间的差异均有统计学意义;当CT值≤500Hu时,碎石成功率均在90%以上且不同大小结石组之间碎石成功率差异无统计学意义.结论 根据输尿管结石的CT值并结合结石大小,可以更合理的选择性SWL治疗. Objectives To improve the success rate of treatment of ureteral stones while reducing the trauma,more rational selectivity ESWL treatment by measuring the CT values and size of ureteral stones.Methods To retrospectively analyze 971 patients with ureteral calculi treated by ESWL in nearly three years,and to compare the ESWL success rate of different CT value within the group of the same stone size.Results The group of 〉 900Hu showed the success rate significantly decreased with the increase of the volume of stones,73.2% (41/56),38.5% (15/39),17.6% (3/17).The difference of success rate between CT value 〉 900Hu and CT value 〈 900Hu was statistically significant; The group of≤500Hu showed EWSL success rate over 90%,and EWSL success rate between different sizes showed no significant difference.Conclusions ESWL can be more reasonably selective treatment,according to the CT values of ureteral calculi combined with stone size.
