支持细胞代谢调节对精子形成的影响

摘要 支持细胞对于精子形成是至关重要的,为发育中的生殖细胞提供能量和营养支持.这两种细胞的代谢各有其特点,生殖细胞倾向于利用乳酸作为能量来源,而支持细胞倾向于利用脂质产生ATP,且利用葡萄糖生成乳酸供给生殖细胞.许多因素包括激素和其他外源性物质以支持细胞为靶点通过调节葡萄糖在支持细胞上的转运、丙酮酸向乳酸的转化及乳酸的转运进而影响精子形成过程.虽然这些过程的具体机制还未完全清楚,但不能否定支持细胞对于精子形成过程的重要作用.
