系统性红斑狼疮患者调节性T细胞的研究进展

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮是一种典型的自身免疫性疾病,免疫功能紊乱在其发病中起着重要作用.调节性T细胞对维持自身免疫功能稳定起着重要调节作用,该类细胞的异常与系统性红斑狼疮的发生和进展密切相关.现就调节性T细胞在系统性红斑狼疮中的作用作一综述.
