我国灾难性卫生支出与大病保险研究现状分析

Research on Catastrophic Health Expenditure and Serious Illness Insurance in China

本文以灾难性卫生支出和大病保险为检索词,从中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库三大文献检索库中检索2003年1月-2014年6月的文献,共检索出相关文献31篇,其中灾难性卫生支出相关文献20篇,大病保险相关文献11篇。基于文献分析,本文总结了当前我国灾难性卫生支出研究现状,包括定义、各地发生情况、以及研究内容;概述了我国大病保险的实施现状并分析其存在的问题,以期对我国大病保险制度的进一步研究有所启示。

In order to have implications for further study on China＇s serious illness insurance,we searching the literatures from January 2003 to June 2014 with the keywords ＂ catastrophic health expenditure ＂ and ＂ serious illness insurance ＂ in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database.31 essays are referenced,including 20 ＂ catastrophic health expenditure＂ essays and 11 ＂ serious illness insurance＂ essays. These essays are used to summarize the catastrophic health expenditure current research status,which involves the definition and situation of catastrophic health expenditure,the serious illness insurance pattern,problems in current serious illness insurance issues and countermeasures.
