摘要
武汉市某医院老年病房2013年3月开始重视隐性护理知识的开发及利用,通过构建学习型组织、搭建多种有效平台、建立良好的激励机制、营造和谐的工作氛围等方法促进护士隐性知识的交流及共享。实行隐性护理知识开发及利用之后护士人文关怀能力及患者对护理工作的满意度显著提高(均P<0.05)。在人文关怀护理中重视隐性护理知识的开发和利用,可以促进隐性知识的交流与共享,从而提升护士的人文关怀能力及患者对护理工作的满意度。
From March 2013,the tacit nursing knowledge was paid more attentions for its development and use. To facilitate the exchange and sharing of knowledge,we build a learning organization and an effective platform to establish a good incentive mechanism,also create a harmonious working environment. A survey of nursing care capacity and patient's satisfaction with nursing work shows that patient's satisfaction with care was significantly increased( P〈0. 05) after the tacit nursing knowledge applied in elderly patients clinical care. Applications of the recessive nursing knowledge in elderly patients' clinical care can significantly improve nurse's caring capacity and patient's satisfaction.
