武汉市某三甲医院柔性管理与护士关怀能力的相关性分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的:了解护士柔性管理需求和关怀能力现状,并对两者的相关性进行探讨。方法:对武汉市某三级甲等医院220名护士分别进行柔性管理需求和关怀能力的问卷调查。结果:护士对柔性管理需求排名前三位分别是解决护士实际困难(80.3%),采纳护士合理化意见(70.0%)和及时表扬与奖励护士(60.1%);护理人员的关怀能力总体得分(179.63±14.35)和三个维度得分均属于低水平;柔性管理与护士关怀能力呈正相关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:护理管理者应渗透柔性管理理念到日常护理管理之中,改变传统护理管理模式,加强对护理人员关怀能力的培养。 Objective To get known the status of nurses' demand on flexible management and nurses' caring ability,and explore their correlation. Methods A total of 220 nurses in a Wuhan Three- A haspital were investigated with the Flexible Management Inventory and the Caring Ability Inventory. Results Nursing staff's demand for flexible management in top three: to solve the nurse's practical difficulties( 80. 3%),to adopt the nurse putting forward rational suggestions( 70. 0%) and to praise and reward the nurse timely( 60. 1%); the total score( 179. 63 ± 14. 35)and 3 dimensions' score of the Caring Ability Inventory were in a low level; there was significant positive correlation between flexible management and caring ability of nurses( P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The nurse's managers should improve the flexible management further and change the traditional rigid- based management model to establish flexible management philosophy to have a profound impact of nurses caring ability.
