摘要
目的:了解医学院校护理专业学生专业认同与学习动机的现状,分析护理专业学生专业认同与学习动机的相关性。方法:采用整群分层随机抽样的方法,对芜湖市某医学院校护理专业大一、大二年级的332名学生进行问卷调查,了解专业认同与学习动机的相关性。结果:护理专业学生的专业认同总均分为(3.65±0.629)分。学习动机均分(3.74±0.607)分。护理专业学生专业认同与学习动机在年级、高考志愿上,有差异(P<0.05)。在学习动机六个维度得分高低顺序为:物质追求>小群体取向>社会取向>求知进取>个人成就>害怕失败。结论:护理专业学生专业认同与学习动机均处于中等稍偏上水平;专科院校护理专业学生专业认同与学习动机呈显著正相关。
Objective: To investigate professional identity and learning motivations of college nursing students,and analyze the correlation between professional identity and learning motivations. Methods: A total of 332 students from the nursing department of a college were investigated for professional identity and learning motivation by cluster random sampling. And the students were freshman and sophomore. Results: The score of nursing students' professional identity is 3. 65 ± 0. 629. The score of nursing students' learning motivation is 3. 74 ± 0. 607. With the changing of grade and voluntary,professional identity and learning motivations are changing( P〈0. 05). Learning motivation includes six dimensions,which are seeking knowledge,and initiative,social orientation,the pursuit of material,fearing of failure,individual achievement,and small group orientation. Their scores from high to low order: The pursuit of material 〉Small group orientation〉 Social orientation〉 Seeking knowledge and initiative〉 Individual achievement 〉Fearing of failure. The relationship between College nursing students' Professional identity and its sub dimensions learning motivation and its sub dimensions is significant positive correlation. Conclusions: Professional identity and Learning motivation of college nursing students is in the middle level; College nursing students' professional identity had significant positive correlation with learning motivation.
