新疆少数民族医学研究生人文素质教育探析

Exploration on Humane Quality Education among the Minority Medical Postgraduates in Sinkiang

针对当前新疆地区少数民族医学研究生人文素质教育过程中存在的人文知识匮乏、社会结合不紧密、缺乏符合新疆地方特色要求的培养模式等问题,提出充分利用新疆丰富的文化资源开展教育、明确教育目标、更新教学理念、人文素质教育与实践活动相结合等措施,探索符合新疆地域特点的医学人才培养模式。

There are problems in the process of quality education,such as a lack of knowledge about humanistic education,insufficient social integration,deficiency training mode and other issues. It is suggested to make full use of Xinjiang＇s rich cultural resources to carry out education,clear educational goals,innovate teaching conception,humanistic education and practice of combining measures,aimed to explore the training mode for medical talents which is relevant to the special features of the area in Xinjiang
