多效唑处理对冬小麦茎秆形态特征及产量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]明确多效唑处理对冬小麦的抗倒伏和增产效果。[方法]以新麦26为材料,研究了起身期和拔节期喷施多效唑对冬小麦茎秆形态特征、穗部性状和籽粒产量及其构成因素的影响。[结果]试验表明,多效唑处理能显著降低冬小麦株高,起身期喷施可以显著降低基部第一、二节间长度和基部(1+2)节间占节间总长的比例;拔节期喷施对基部第一、二节间长度的影响未达到显著水平。多效唑处理能显著降低冬小麦穗粒数,对产量、单位面积穗数和千粒重的影响未达到显著水平。[结论]利用多效唑防倒时应注意喷施时期并结合肥水促控措施达到高产抗倒的目的。 [ Objective ] In order to explicit the effects of Paclobutrazol on lodging resistance and yield of winter wheat, a field experiment was conducted. [ Method] Using winter wheat variety Xinmai 26 as test object, effects of spraying Paclobutrazol in rising and jointing period on winter wheat stem morphological characters, panicle traits and grain yield, components were studied. [ Result] The results showed that the Pa- clobutrazol could decrease the plant height significantly. Spraying Paclobutrazol at standing stage could reduce basal first and second internode length, and the ratio of basal internodes ( 1 + 2) length to total internode length, significantly. Spraying Paclobutrazol at jointing stage could also reduce basal first and second internode length, but the results were not statistically significant. Although the effects of Paclobutrazol on yield, panicle number and 1000 grain weight were not significant, spraying Paclobutrazol could reduce the number of grains per spike signifi- cantly. [ Conclusion] Therefore, spraying time and measures combining with fertilizer and irrigation should be suitable for enhancing the lodg- ing resistance and improving the grain yield.
