摘要 [目的]研究超声提取凤眼莲活性成分的工艺条件。[方法]通过对超声辅助提取凤眼莲活性成分工艺进行优化,然后设计正交试验,选出较为合理的工艺条件,提高凤眼莲活性成分的提取率。以乙醇为溶剂,以超声波为辅助条件,分别考察提取溶剂乙醇浓度、提取频率、提取时间和物料与溶剂比4个单因素对提取率的影响,通过单因素和正交试验,优化凤眼莲中活性成分的提取工艺。[结果]凤眼莲中活性成分的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度50%、料液比1∶30、超声时间20 min、超声频率70 k Hz。[结论]此试验可以作为凤眼莲活性成分提取工艺的参考。 [ Objective ] Ultrasonic assisted extraction technology was used to extract active ingredients from Eichhornia crassipes. [ Method ] Through optimization of ultrasonic assisted extraction technology and orthogonal experiment design, reasonable process conditions were adopted to improve the extraction yield. With ethanol as solvent and supersonic as supplementary condition, effects of ethanol concentration, extraction fre- quency, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio on the yield were investigated. The optimum extraction conditions of active ingredients from Eichhornia crassipes were obtained by single factor and orthogonal tests. [ Result] The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of active ingredi- ents from Eichhornia crassipes are as follows : 50% ethanol as the solvent, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 30 and 20 min immerge extracting at 70 kHz. [ Conclusion] This experiment can be used as the reference of extraction technology for active ingredients from Eichhornia crassipe .
