云南省部分地区稻瘟病菌对三环唑的敏感性研究 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]了解云南省部分稻区稻瘟病菌对三环唑的敏感性,为三环唑的科学使用及抗药性监测提供理论依据.[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定了云南省部分稻区的稻瘟病菌对三环唑的敏感性.[结果]供试稻瘟病菌对三环唑的抑制中浓度(E氏值)在41.284 9~72.722 4 mg/L,不同地区菌株敏感性存在差异,其中最敏感的是大理地区菌株,其EC.平均值为49.004 3 mg/L,最不敏感的是宜良地区菌株,其EC50平均值为65.000 4 mg/L,二者相差1.33倍.[结论]大多数菌株对三环唑表现敏感,但也出现低水平抗药性的群体,采用三环唑防治稻瘟病具有一定的风险性. [ Objective ] The sensitivity of M. grisea from parts of Yunnan Province to Tficyclazole was understood to provide theoretical basis for use and resistance monitoring of Tricyclazole. [ Method ] The sensitivity of rice blast fungi isolates to Tricyclazole in parts of Yunnan Province was measured by mycelium growth rate method. [ Result] The EC50 of strains was dispersive from 41. 284 9 mg/L to 72.722 4 mg/L. The sensitivity of different strains to Tricyclazole had difference. The most sensitive strains was Dali strains, and the average of EC50 was 49. 004 3 mg/L. The least sensitive strains were Yiliang strains, and the average of EC50 was 65. 000 4 mg/L. The sensitivity difference between them was 1.33 times. [ Conclusion] Most of the strains were still higher sensitivity. Some low-level resistance sub-groups were appeared. Using Tricyclazole to control rice blast had some risks.
