分析了农村住宅集约建设对社会主义新农村建设的意义,剖析了农村住宅集约建设对农村现代化的影响,概括了我国农村住宅管理的现状和问题,在此基础上构建了面向现代化的农村住宅集约开发模式,以此推动新农村建设事业的发展。

The significance of intensive construction of rural residential on the new socialist countryside construction was analyzed, as well as the effects of rural residential intensive construction on rural modernization. The status and problems of rural residential management in China were reviewed. On the basis of this, the intensive development model of modernization-oriented rural residential was established, so as to promote the development of new rural construction.
