摘要
远洋船员海上饮食保障诸要素中,新鲜蔬菜供应一直是难以解决的问题,为提高远洋船员饮食保障质量,探讨了应用芽苗菜生产技术解决新鲜蔬菜供应的可行性。
Fresh vegetable providing is always a problem of high seas vessels' food service. The feasibility of planting seedling vegetable on high seas vessels to satisfying the sailor' s need of fresh vegetable was discussed.
