摘要
分析了高品质取向硅钢中合金元素硅和抑制剂形成元素成分控制的要求及水平,评价了常用的硫化物、氮化物抑制剂及晶界偏析元素铬、锡和铌在高品质取向硅钢中的应用现状,结合抑制剂对钢坯再加热温度及磁性能的影响,指出了高品质取向硅钢成分控制的发展方向。
The requirements and controlling level of silicon and formation elements of inhibitors in high quality grain-oriented silicon steel are analyzed.The application status of commonly used inhibitors such as sulfides,nitrides and grain boundary segregation elements chromium,tin,and niobium is also evaluated in high quality grain-oriented silicon steel.Combining with the influence of inhibitors on slab reheating temperature and magnetic properties,future direction of composition controlling in high quality grain-oriented silicon steel is pointed out.
