Research Progress of the Interface Characteristics and Strengthening Mechanism in Carbon Nanotube Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composites

摘要 碳纳米管以其独特的结构和优异的性能被认为是复合材料的理想增强相,其增强效果受其在基体中的分散性能、与基体的界面结合状态等诸多因素的影响。在碳纳米管增强铝基复合材料的制备方法和基本性能研究现状基础上,从界面结合状态对其基本性能的影响和一些改善界面结合的方法,以及碳纳米管的增强机理等几个方面综述了碳纳米管增强铝基复合材料的发展现状。 With unique structure and excellent performance,carbon nanotubes(CNTs)are considered to be the ideal reinforcement for composites.The enhancement effect of carbon nanotubes is decided by many factors such as dispersion in the matrix,status of interfacial bonding with the matrix.Based on researches of preparation and the fundamental property of aluminum matrix composite reinforced by CNTs,present situation of carbon nanotubes reinforced aluminum matrix composites are summarized from interface bonding effect on the basic properties of composite materials,how to improve the interface bonding and the strengthening mechanism of carbon nanotubes.
