摘要
介绍了无线射频标签(RFID)及其制作方法、工作原理和应用领域,阐明了RFID天线与导电油墨之间的关系,重点对导电油墨的组成、分类、不同体系油墨的特点进行了阐述,并对无机系、有机系和复合型三大类导电油墨的国内外研究现状做了详细的阐述和对比分析,指出了这三类油墨的特点和发展趋势,其中复合型导电油墨以其独特的优势,在导电油墨未来的研究和应用领域中,将替代传统的有机、无机系导电油墨,成为导电油墨的主导及RFID天线制作材料的首选。
Radio frequency identification(RFID)is one of the key communication technologies used in the Internet of Things.Herein,its production methods,working principles,applications and the relationship between RFID antenna and conductive ink are described.Different compositions,classifications,and different characteristics of conductive ink are also stated.The current domestic and overseas researches in the latest decade are emphasized from the following three aspects:inorganic,organic and composite conductive ink.Different characteristics and development tendency of these three types of inks are illustrated in detail.The composite conductive ink will dominate the conductive ink area owing to its unique advantages,and will become the preferred material used in the RFID antenna.
