颈动脉狭窄支架置入术后眼部并发症的临床分析

Ocular complications of carotid artery stenting

目的分析动脉内支架置入治疗过程中的眼部并发症,为减少严重的视力丧失提供指导方法收集412例住院行颈动脉内支架置入治疗的颈动脉狭窄患者的临床资料,分析其眼部并发症。结果 412例患者中有3例患者发生眼部并发症,其中发生眼缺血综合征1例,缺血性视神经病变1例,视网膜分支动脉栓塞1例,发生率为0.7%。结论颈动脉内支架置入治疗时需要注意颈动脉狭窄相关眼部并发症,详细的病史采集和眼部检查以及在治疗前和治疗过程中,明确眼动脉的起源或代偿供血血管非常重要。

Objective To reduce the severe visual loss by analyzing ocular complications of carotid artery stenting.Methods Clinical data were collected from 412 carotid artery stenosis patients who underwent carotid artery stenting.Their ocular complications were analyzed.Results Ocular complications of carotid artery stenting occurred in 3 （0.7%） out of the 412 carotid artery stenosis patients,namely ocular ischemia syndrome in 1 patient,ischemic optic lesion in 1 patient,and retinal branch artery occlusion in 1 patient.Conclusion Care should be taken for ocular ischemia syndrome in carotid artery stenting.History taking and ocular examination play an important role in carotid artery stenting.
