摘要
根据在模具工厂积累的实践经验,总结了日本塑料模具的一些结构特点,特别是机械手取件和人工取件的模具结构设计的不同点,如何设计浇口和流道,如何设计镶件和改善模具排气以及缩短注射周期等等,这些特点和窍门可以应用在实际的模具设计中,在不增加模具成本的前提下,提升模具品质和注射生产效率。
According to the practical experience accumulated in the mold factory, to summarizes some structural characteristics of Japan plastic mold, especially the different point of mold structure design of mechanical hand to take part and the artificial pick up, how to design the gate and runner, and how to design the mold insert and improve exhaust ,and shorten the injection cycle and so on, these characteristics and tricks can be applied in the practical design of the mold, to enhance the quality of the mold and injection molding processing efficiency without adding the mold cost.
