摘要
汽车覆盖件冲压模具在结构设计时通常需要布置较多机构安装面。在多轴机床上运行数控程序加工存在碰撞风险,程序中的错误可能损坏模具,如果是机床部件之间的碰撞,可能导致重大的损失,以致于影响产品的加工周期。使用Vericut仿真的主要原因就是在实际加工以前,检查出数控程序中的错误并优化刀具的进给速度,提高数控程序的可靠性。
The stamping die of automobile covering parts usually designed with a lot of planes used to install mechanism. Running a NC program on a multi-axes machine can be risky, a bad motion can damage the part, but a collision between the machine components can cause some expensive damages and halt the production for a long period. The main reason we use Vericut is to detect any errors in the NC program before it goes to the machine and optimize it's feedrate, at last improve the reliability of the NC program.
