摘要
针对数控铣削细高石墨电极时,易崩断、弹刀、起级、精度难保证等问题,提出采用建立辅助曲面粗加工,水平圆弧进退刀精加工的数控加工方法,此方法可以保证加工精度、减少刀具磨损,达到预期效果。
Aiming at the problem in CNC milling, the thin and tall graphite electrode is easy to break, chatter,and precision is difficult to guarantee,that is proposed to use the establishment of auxiliary surface in rough machining and Horizontal Arc leads in and out in finishing.This method can ensure the machining accuracy and reduce tool wear, to achieve the desired effect.
