摘要
我国侦查讯问的监督是侦查讯问阶段的一个重要方面,对侦查讯问进行监督具有重要的意义,但是我国对于侦查讯问监督却是薄弱,甚至是缺失的,因此有必要对我国侦查讯问的现状进行分析,指出我国侦查讯问存在的问题,以便于保证我国侦查讯问监督制度不断完善和发展。
The supervision of investigative interrogation in our country is an important aspect and of great importance in investigative interrogation. But the supervision of investigative interrogation is weak, or even missing in China, so it is necessary to analyze the present situation of our investigative interrogation, and points out the existing problems in the investigative interrogation in our country in order to ensure the development and improvement of supervision system.
