At the same time, the internet’s information spreading system which is depending on kinds of internet applications has an enhanced influence. It would easily arouse the society’s controversy. Of course, it got the country’s attention. So, based on the qualities of the internet applications’ information spreading system, an assessment indicator system of the internet applications’ influence to the network public opinion would measure kinds of internet applications’ influence to the network public opinion. And the government can also use it to monitor and control the network public opinion.
