Research on Handwriting of Migrant workers

农民工笔迹特点鲜明,伪装情形较少,易检验识别。但由于样本少、书写条件差、形成过程复杂等因素影响,从而增加了实案的检验鉴定难度。在实践过程中可从分析案情、选取特征点、综合评判等三方面逐步进行检验鉴定工作。我国的笔迹检验对高水平笔迹的研究居多,而对农民工群体等低水平笔迹的研究没有形成系统研究。随着我国农民工群体的日益壮大,对农民工中涉及笔迹鉴定的纠纷案件也越来越多,因而急需对农民工群体笔迹进行研究,以了解其笔迹特点、解决检验的难点、总结检验思路,提高司法实践中农民工笔迹鉴定的正确率。

The handwriting features of migrant workers are distinctive, less disguised, and easy to be examined. However, few samples, poor writing conditions, complex formation process increase the difficulty of the handwriting identification. In practical cases, we can identify from three aspects as follows： further analysis of the case; select more valuable features; then, conduct comprehensive evaluation. In China, the majority of handwriting examination focuses on high-level handwriting, while the study of low-level handwriting, such as migrant workers groups has not formed the systematic research. With the group of migrant workers is growing, the handwriting identification relates to the disputes of migrant workers is increasing, so it is urgent to carry on the research of the migrant workers group in order to understand the characteristics of handwriting, solve the difficulties in examination, summarize the examination method, improve the accuracy rate of handwriting identification of migrant workers in the judicial practice.
