摘要 首次用大有效面积光纤制作成功了OPGW,它们采用了常规设计,所有绞线全部为铝包钢线,结构内部含有两根不锈钢管光纤单元,在其中的一根钢管中置入了12根Corning Vascade EX2000大有效面积光纤,在另一根钢管中置入16根G.652D单模光纤作为比对。成缆后的检测结果表明,EX2000光纤在1550nm波长处获得了0.155~0.163dB/km的超低衰减,在成缆过程中的衰减变化≤±0.008dB/km,缆的应力应变、高低温性能与G.652D光纤一样良好。然后,把两根OPGW中所有24根EX2000光纤串接起来,每2.5公里有一个熔接点,测试了含有23个光纤接头的60km光纤链路,EX2000光纤在1550nm波长处含接头的平均衰减为0.172~0.174dB/km,光纤接头损耗平均值为0.02239dB。 The first time of successfully making OPGW which consist of large effective area optical fiber in conventional design with double steel tubes structure and fully armored by aluminum clad steel wire, placed 12 Corning Vascade EX2000 large effective area fiber into one steel tube optical unit of the two tubes, for the purpose of comparison, 16 core G.652 single-mode fiber was placed in the other steel tube. EX2000 optical fiber obtained ultra-low attenuation as lower as 0.155 ~ 0.163dB/km (1550nm) after stranding, attenuation changing was ≤±0.008dB/km during process of cabling, the stress strain of the cable, and high & low temperature performance is as good as that of cable with G.652 optical fiber. Every 2.5km is a splicing point of optical fiber in the simulation OPGW line, the test was conducted in 60km optical fiber link with 23 splicing points, the joint average attenuation is 0.172 ~ 0.174dB/km (1550 nm), the average loss of splicing point of optical fiber is 0.02239dB.
