摘要
在不同硅衬底上采用水热法制备的氧化锌(ZnO)纳米棒,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)研究ZnO纳米棒晶体结构的附加结构表征、利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)谱和反射谱研究ZnO纳米棒的形貌和光学特性。结果显示产物均为ZnO纳米棒状结构,单晶硅衬底,晶向、杂质类型和掺杂浓度对ZnO纳米棒的几何形状没有明显的影响,生成的ZnO粗细、大小相似。衬底的变化不会影响ZnO纳米棒的生长,这对以后太阳能电池制作很重要。
Hydrothermal method is used to prepare Zinc Oxide nano material, with the same reaction time using different silicon substrates. The additional crystal structure of ZnO nanorods is studied by using X ray diffraction (XRD), and the morphology and optical properties of ZnO nanorods spectrum is studied by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and researching the reflection spectrum. The results show the products are all ZnO nanorod structure having almost the same structure by the different substrates. In terms of the silicon substrate, crystal orientation, type of impurities and doping concentration have no significant effects on the geometry of the ZnO nanorods. This is important for future solar cell fabrication, having no effects to the growth of ZnO nanorods by the substrates.
