摘要
LED点阵模块一般用于室内单色,双色显示屏用。LED点阵显示模块可显示汉字、图形、动画及英文字符等。随着现代社会需求量的不断增加,白光和全彩的点阵模块被开发出来,显示效果有着巨大的改善。本文主要介绍基于传统封装工艺,如何制作出白光模块。白光模块具体制作工艺、在生产过程中易出现的问题、需要注意的事项等,在本文中将做详尽的阐述。该工艺制作简单,白光发光效果好,性价比高。
The LED dot matrix module is commonly used in indoor monochrome, two-color display screen. LED dot matrix display module can display Chinese characters, graphics, animation and English characters, etc. With the increasing demand of modern society, the white light and full color dot matrix module have been developed, display effect has a great improvement. Based on the traditional packaging technology were introduced in this paper, how to produce white light module. White light module specific production process, problems liable to occur in the production process, need to pay attention to matters, etc., will do detailed in this paper. The craft is simple, white light luminous effect is good, high cost performance.
