摘要
在高速破片参数测试系统中,为了对破片的速度、尺寸大小、数目及飞行方向等参数进行有效的测试,需要利用相应的传感器件作为信号的转换器件,通过对传感器件产生的高频小信号进行分析,设计出相应的高频小信号放大电路。本设计中采用高频响、低噪声的运算放大器OP07作为高频小信号的前置放大电路的核心器件,采用高精度、高增益的运算放大器OP27作为主放大电路的核心器件。经过实验测试,得到了放大电路的实验数据,并利用Matlab对数据进行了处理和分析。总体电路放大增益高达93d B,信噪比高,频率响应速度快,对100、100以上的高频小信号放大效果良好,可很好地满足高速破片参数测试要求。
In order to measure the speed of fragments, size, number and flight direction effectively in the parameter test system of high-speed fragments, using the relative sensor as a converter, the high frequency small signal amplifing circuit is designed through analyzing the output high frequency signal of the sensor. This design is applied with high frequency response, low noise OP and high-precision, high gain OP27 as the core chips in the high frequency small signal amplifing circuit. Through experimental tests, it is obtained with convinced data . Meanwhile, these data are processed and analyzed by using Matlab software. The signal gain of the whole circuit is as high as 93dB, with the high SNR and the high frequency, this circuit is well justified with its excellent amplifing to the signal above 100 ,100 or so. Its signal amplifing is satisfied with the parameter test system of high-speed fragments.
