通痹祛湿方治疗急性痛风性关节炎120例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 120 Cases of Acute Gouty Arthritis with Tongbi Qushi Prescription

目的:观察通痹祛湿方治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将240例急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组120例。治疗组采用通痹祛湿方治疗,对照组采用秋水仙碱片治疗,两组均以14 d为1个疗程。观察两组患者关节疼痛、红肿、活动受限等临床症状及尿酸、红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白、黄嘌呤氧化酶等实验室指标的改变情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者各时点临床疗效呈逐渐递增趋势,且治疗组较对照组递增明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者关节疼痛、红肿及活动受限积分及实验室指标等较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通痹祛湿方对改善急性痛风性关节炎患者临床症状及降低实验室指标有明显疗效,且安全性较好。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongbi Qushi Prescription in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods：240 cases of acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,120 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Tongbi Qushi Prescription,while the control group with colchicine tablets for a course of 14 d.observing clinical symptoms of the two groups such as joint pain,swelling,limitation of activity and other laboratory index changes of uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein and xanthine oxidase.Results：After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was gradually increasing at each time point,and the treatment group increased more obviously than the control group,the difference being statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the joint pain,swelling and limitation of activity score and laboratory indicators of the two groups improved more significantly than those before treatment（P〈0.05）,the difference between the two groups being statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Tongbi Qushi Prescription can obviously improve clinical symptoms and decrease laboratory indexes of acute gouty arthritis,effective and safe.
