小儿迁延性肺炎气阴两虚症56例的中医治疗

Traditional treatment for 56 cases of persistent pneumonia with Qi and Yin deficiency in children

目的：观察小儿迁延性肺炎气阴两虚证中医治疗的临床疗效．方法：将收集的112例符合纳入标准的小儿迁延性肺炎气阴两虚证患儿随机分为对照组和观察组，各56例，观察组给予止嗽自拟方治疗，对照组给予常规西药治疗，两组患者均以4周为1个疗程，治疗1个疗程后分析疗效．结果：两组总有效比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），但两组治愈率比较，观察组明显高于对照组，且差别有显著统计学意义（P＜0．05）．结论：中医治疗小儿迁延性肺炎气阴两虚证具有良好的临床疗效．

AIM：To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM treat-ment in children with persistent pneumonia with Qi and Yin deficiency.METHODS：The 1 12 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group with 56 cases.Observation group received TCM therapy,while control group received conventional western medicine,and the four weeks was a course of treatment.RESULTS：Compared the total effective,the difference with no statistically significant （P〉0.05 ）,while compared the cure rate, the observation group was significantly higher than observation group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION：TCM treatment for persistent pneumonia with Qi and Yin deficiency in children has good clinical efficacy.
