摘要 目的:探究团队模拟情景学习法在护理学耳鼻喉专科带教中的运用,分析其实践效果.方法:选择我院2010级护理学专业的100名学生,随机分为试验组与对照组.试验组采用团队模拟情景学习法教学,对照组采用传统带教方式.通过理论考核与临床操作对比学习情况.结果:试验组理论考核与临床操作成绩均明显优于对照组,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:团队模拟情景学习法提高了学生的理论掌握,促进了学生的操作能力,加深了理论在实际中的运用,在护理学耳鼻喉专科带教中效果显著. AIM:To explore and analyze the effect of team simulated situational learning method applied in nursing specialist teaching in practice.METHODS:Chosen from 2012 grade nursing specialty,100 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Group learning team were adopted to simulate the scene teaching,while control group adopted the traditional teaching method.By theoretical examination and clinical operation,the studying effect in both groups was compared.RESULTS:Theory examination and clinical operation result of experimental group is better than the control group,with statistical difference (P〈0.01 ).CONCLUSION:Team simulation sce-nario learning method could improve the students' theoretical level,promote the students' operation ability,and deepen the theory in practical application,showing remarkable effect in the nursing ent specialist teaching.
