围手术期术后切口感染的临床护理对策

The clinical nursing countermeasure of postoperative wound infection

目的：探讨临床护理对策在围手术期术后切口感染中的临床应用价值．方法：选取2012-06／2013-06在我院普外科进行手术的患者364例，随机将其分为研究组和对照组，两组患者均采用围手术期常规护理干预措施，而研究组则在此基础上加用系统性的临床护理干预对策，并分别对两组患者的术后切口感染情况和护理满意度进行比较和分析．结果：与对照组相比，研究组发生术后切口感染的例数明显减少，感染率显著降低，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；研究组中很满意的比率和总满意度均显著提升，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）．结论：临床护理对策对于避免和减少围手术期术后切口感染的发生和发展，以及护理满意度的改善和提高均具有积极的现实意义．

AIM：To investigate the clinical value of clinical nursing countermeasure for postoperative wound infection. METHODS：Selected 364 general surgery patients in our hospital,who were divided into study group and control group randomly.The patients in control group were treated with routine periop-erative care interventions,while the patients in study group were given additional systematic clinical nursing countermeasure.The postoperative wound infection and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared and analyzed.RESULTS：Compared with control group,the number and rate of postoperative wound infection in study group was significantly decreased,there were statistically significant difference （P〈0.05 ）.And the rate of very satisfied and total satisfaction was significantly increased in study group, there were significant difference （P〈0.05 ）.CONCLUSION：Clinical nursing countermeasure has positive practical significance in avoiding and reducing incidence of postoperative infection,development for perioperative and improving nursing satisfaction.
