常见市售香皂抑菌效果的比较研究 被引量:1

Comparative study on the antibacterial effect of common commercially available soap

摘要 目的研究常见市售香皂的抑菌效果,为人们日常选购香皂以预防某些传染病的发生提供一定的指导建议。方法采用常规细菌培养技术,选取常见市售香皂,设置不同浓度和pH值的皂液分别与细菌作用,然后进行抑菌实验,并按标准计算抑菌率。结果各种香皂对不同菌株均显示一定的抑菌效果:上海硫磺皂、舒肤佳、滴露和六神4种香皂对大肠杆菌、白色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型链球菌和变形杆菌5种细菌的抑菌率在浓度达到50 mg/ml及以上时均高于90%,而其余4种香皂(力士、OLAY、多芬和夏士莲)则效果不一,对部分细菌有良好的抑菌率,可达到90%以上。结论通过比较分析,4种常见市售香皂滴露、六神、舒肤佳和上海硫磺皂抑菌效果相对较好。同时,各种香皂对非致病菌的抑制效果要好于致病菌。 Objective To compare the antibacterial effect of common commercially available soap so as to provide some suggestions for people's daily buying of soap for the prevention of certain infectious diseases. Methods Using conventional bacteria culture technology,we selected the common commercially available soap and a different concentration and pH of soap solutions were incubated with different bacteria,then the antibacterial experiments were carried out and the bacteriostasis rates were calculate out using the standard method. Results All kinds of soap showed certain inhibitory effects on different bacteria detected in this study,and the bacteriostasis rate of Shanghai sulfur soap,Safeguard,Dettol and Liushen to Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus albus,Staphylococcus aureus,Beta streptococcus and Bacillus proteus was higher than 90% when the concentration reach or exceed 50 mg / ml,whereas the rest soaps LUX,OLAY,Dove and hazeline had different bacteriostasis rates. Conclusion According to the comparative analysis,four common commercially available soaps including Dettol,Liushen,Safeguard and Shanghai sulfur soap have relatively better antibacterial effect than others. Furthermore,the antibacterial effect on non-pathogenic bacteria of all kinds of the detected soap is better than the pathogenic bacteria.
