Determination of sodium 2-( 4-methoxy phenoxy) propionate in foods by solid-phase extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography

摘要 目的建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定食品中2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)-丙酸钠的分析方法。方法样品采用氨水溶液(1∶9,V/V)溶解后固相萃取净化,在Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)上,以甲醇/磷酸溶液(1∶1,V/V,p H=3.0)为流动相进行分离,紫外224 nm波长检测,外标法定量。结果 2-(4-甲氧基苯氧基)-丙酸钠在0.50 mg/L^50.0 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(相关系数r=0.9995),回收率为87.4%~99.0%,RSD<5.0%,定量检出限为1.0 mg/kg。结论该方法具有前处理简单、重现性好的优点,能满足实际工作的需要。 Objective To develop a method for the determination of sodium 2-( 4-methoxyphenoxy) propanoate in foods by solid-phase extractiom( SPE) and high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Methods Samples were dissolved with ammonia solution( 1∶9,V / V) and purified by SPE cartridges. Chromatographic separation was performed on a Kromasil C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm × 5 μm) using phosphoric acid solution( 1∶1,V / V,p H = 3. 0)-methanol as mobile phase.Detection was performed at 224 nm. Results Linearity was in the range of 0. 50 mg / L - 50. 0 mg / L with determination coefficient( r) of 0. 9995. Recoveries were in the range of 87. 4% - 99. 0%,and the relative standard deviations were less than5. 0%. The limit of quantification was 1. 0 mg / kg. Conclusion The developed method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,efficient separation and high reproducibility,and it can be applied to the routine analyses for the determination of sodium2-( 4-methoxyphenoxy) propanoate in foods.
